Have you given any thought to running a road corse? Maybe even a week day road corse track day? If this series is to mimic NASCAR should you not run a road corse or two? Thoughts???
It would be fun to do for an exhibition but you have two real problems with our cars.
1. A lot of guys are happy with their oval track setups and probably dont want to spend a lot of time taking their setup in and out. 2. The clutches for our cars arent great for acceleration, the cars are built for top end speed.
But it could be fun for an exhibition race, but the Milwaukee Mile course is close enough!

I have looked into schedulingus at a road corse but several problems fall into place. Most road courses do not have a regular fan base and CSR must rent the track. By the end of the day the costs are not worth it. CSR also uses the safety crews and ambulances from the tracks we race at which would be another expense.
Mainly like Erik stated we do not have the acceleration to make the tights turns. The Miles road course you can sweep both turns not loosing too much speed but most courses would be hard on the brake and then a long time to get back up to speed. I dont watch much Nascar but from what I hear most fans are not overly impressed with them running road courses either.
